Cancellation & refund policy

About refunds

Because of the nature of digital content, this service does not offer refunds or cancellations after purchase. Please review the details carefully before purchasing.

About paid plan billing

  • Paid plans are charged at the time of registration and automatically renew at the end of each contract period thereafter.
  • Unless you cancel before the automatic renewal, you will be automatically charged for the next contract period.

About cancellation

  • You can cancel your paid plan at any time from My page, up until the day before the next renewal date.
  • After cancellation, you can keep using the paid features until the end of your current contract period. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations.

When a refund may be issued (exceptions)

We may issue a refund at the administrator’s discretion only in the following cases:

  • When a refund is legally required
  • When there has been a serious problem with our provision of the service
  • Any other case the administrator specifically approves
Promotion terms

Yearly plan: 15% OFF

Subscribing to the yearly plan gives you a 15% discount compared to the monthly plan.

Trial period

As a benefit for your first paid plan subscription, you get 14 days of free access. After the trial period ends, you will be charged for the plan you signed up for.

Limited-time discount

  • We may offer a limited-time discount to users who meet certain conditions after signing up.
  • The discount amounts are as follows:
    • Monthly plan: ¥200 for the first month (¥190 off)
    • Yearly plan: ¥2,980 for the first year (¥1,000 off)
  • The offer is valid for 7 days from when it is presented. The discount no longer applies once this period has passed.
  • The discount applies only to the first billing period; subsequent billing will be at the regular price.
  • This can be combined with the trial period. In that case, the discount applies to the first charge after the trial ends.
