Regarding the handling of Users’ personal information in "Janreco" (the "Service"), a service provided on this website, we set forth the following Privacy Policy (the "Policy").

Article 2 (Method of Collecting Personal Information)

The Service obtains a User’s email address when the User registers to use the Service. When using a paid plan, the Service also obtains information necessary for payment processing.

The purposes for which the Service collects and uses personal information are as follows.

2. To respond to inquiries from Users (including identity verification)
3. To provide necessary communications such as maintenance notices and important announcements

In addition, game records (scores, ranks, yakuman, etc.) recorded in the Service may be processed into a form in which individuals cannot be identified, and published or used as statistical information for the Service.

Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)

1. The Service shall change the purpose of use of personal information only where it is reasonably determined that the new purpose is related to the purpose before the change.
2. When the purpose of use is changed, the Service shall notify Users of the changed purpose, or announce it on this website, by the method prescribed by the Service.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

1. The Service will not provide personal information to third parties without a User’s consent, except where permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations.
2. In processing payments for the paid plan, the Service provides the personal information necessary to the following payment processor:
   • Stripe, Inc. (payment processing service)
3. The provision of personal information to the payment processor is limited to the extent necessary to carry out payment processing.
4. The handling of personal information by the payment processor shall be governed by that processor’s own privacy policy.

Article 6 (Handling of Payment Information)

1. The Service does not directly store payment information such as credit card numbers. Payment information is securely managed by the payment processor.
2. Personal information related to payment (payment history, invoice information, etc.) will be retained appropriately for the retention period required by law or the period necessary for tax filing.
3. For inquiries regarding payment information, please contact the Service or the payment processor.

Article 7 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

1. The content of this Policy may be changed without notice to Users, except for matters otherwise provided for by law or in this Policy.
2. Except where otherwise specified by the Service, the changed Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
